Employee’s main obligations as set out by Labour Law include: 

  • Fulfill its contractual duties
  • Respect duty of loyalty
  • Maintain professionalism 
  • Communicate with the Employer and colleagues in a coherent manner
  • Not disclose Employer’s confidential information 
  • Protect Employer’s intellectual property
  • Declare to the Employer any potential conflicts of interest 
  • Compensate for the damages caused to the Employer
