Employer’s main obligations as set out by Labour Law include:
  • Reporting its employees to the Tax Administration of Kosovo and other institutions that manage pension and other obligatory schemes;
  • Ensure a safe, healthy and nondiscriminatory work environment pursuant to the Law on Safety and Health at Work
  • Protect the Employee’s personal data
  • Place the Employees in a work position corresponding to their professional training and ability
  • Provide additional compensation for work longer than full working hours
  • Respect the annual, parental and sick leave
